Born from a Korean father and a Japanese mother, Kano Park was raised with some difficulty in Japan. Never accepted by his peers or even teachers, he graduated school and instead of going on to high school, Kano turned to the yakuza to relieve himself of feeling alienated from others. And as it turned out, he was accepted. Very much indeed.

There were others like him; mixed race, mostly Koreans and he found much solace in with being together with them. His parents would occasionally call him and ask him to come back, but he would refuse. No use in going back now. It had already been too long and he had found his new home.

Just recently, there had been talks of overthrowing the current boss and Kano would have no part in it; until his best friend revealed to him that he in fact was the one planning it, and he asked for Kano's help. Kano wouldn't have any part of it, but it soon caught up to him. His friend lied and said that the plot to overthrow their boss was in fact Kano, and now he was being hunted by his very own "family".

Escaping on a boat that led to a place called 'Telmina', Kano hopes to hide out for a while but who knows how long he'll have to wait?
